Anthony James, "Tony," has done a number of inspections for various clients
of mine upon their own choosing. I'm confident when clients choose him as
he does a thorough home inspection. He is professional and helpful just as
other inspectors have been. He takes his time and addresses areas of
concern for his clients. He has also taken initiative to get certifications
in his field.
He stands out in my mind in comparison to other home inspectors as he takes
digital photos of the areas he looks at in his home inspections and he
emails them to the realtors as well as the client involved. This is
important in the real estate market because it helps to put all of the
players in a transaction on the same page; everyone is clear on what is
being looked at. His digital photos are helpful to the homebuyer even if
they do not ask for repairs in the purchase contract as they may want to
revisit a "project" on their home when time and money permits at a later
date. It is also helpful to home sellers as it allows them to see areas
that they may have missed in upkeep of their home.
In real estate there are often more players than just the person who meets
the home inspector; whether it be the spouse, the parents, the in-laws,
whoever. With his home inspections buyers are able to look at the
inspection report and the photos from the comfort of their own computer with
whomever may choose to share it with.
Tony has been an excellent inspector to work with and I would recommend him
to anyone looking for a job well done.
